Come experience Purple & Gold Days at Olivet on Friday, February 27 and stay overnight to experience what it's like to live on campus.
Designed for high school seniors and transfer students accompanied by their parents, Purple & Gold Days at Olivet is the perfect way to learn more about the university by taking a campus tour, meeting with faculty, connecting with your Admissions Counselor, and more!
Here's what you can expect:
Check-in + Lunch
• Check-in at Admissions Center – 8:30 a.m. or 9:30 a.m. (indicated in confirmation email)
• Event Luncheon – 11:45 a.m.
Personalized Agenda Throughout Rest of Day (scheduled based on availability):
• Academic Appointment with Faculty
• Athletic Meeting with Coach (if applicable)
• Admissions Counselor
• Financial Aid Advisor
• Campus Tour
• Dorm Tour
• Honors Appointment (if applicable)
• ROTC Appointment (if applicable)
• Student Support Services (upon request)
Evening Schedule
• Check-in at Admissions Center – 5:00 p.m.
• Dinner for Students – 5:30 p.m.
• Spring Musical, "Newsies" – 7:00 p.m.
• Stay with Overnight Host – 9:00 p.m.
Saturday Schedule
• Depart from Admissions Center – 9:00 a.m.
• Honors Program Interviews – 10:00 a.m.
Note: If you are interested in participating in Olivet's Honors Program, we will be holding interviews Saturday, February 28. If you'd like to know more about our Honors Program or book an interview time, please contact our program director, Stephen Case, via email or call (815) 928 – 5681.
